Toussie, la musique du protocole

En complément de l’exposition Les matins infidèles , qui explore l’art systémique et la recherche de protocoles inusités comme moteur de création, le concert “Toussie” explorera à sa façon différents codes et systèmes musicaux.

Toussie est l'orchestre de chambre des instruements iraniens que Anoush a fond en 2015 à Québec."Toussie" veut dire “gris” en perse, littéralement entre noir et blanc. Ce terme est à l’image de la couleur qui sera donnée au concert qui se balancera entre musique traditionnelle iranienne et musique contemporaine occidentale.

"California score"

Anoush Moazzeni has founded an Iranian chamber orchestra in 2015 called "Toussie". This was an ethnomusical approach to the music making within emergent aesthetics.

Anoush Moazzeni was commissioned by the Fine Arts Museum of Quebec City a the artistic director, Piano player and composer for "Toussi, la musique du Protocole" Concert.

During the concert her Audiovisual work for Iranian chamber orchestra, Piano and Video was performed by Toussie Orchestra. She played "Parvaneh", a contemporary piece for piano of the Iranian-Armenian composer Melik Aslanian and also improvised on piano as a part of the orchestra under the Frédéric Lebrasseur direction.
